Provides strategic, end-to-end legal support to Mastercard’s global and North American digital partnerships, fintech, and enabler teams. Advises sales and business stakeholders, drafts and negotiates complex customer, strategic relationship, co-brand, and acceptance agreements, identifies legal and business risks, and addresses regulatory, compliance, privacy, and antitrust matters. Provides strategic legal counsel to Global Partnerships and North American Digital Partnerships teams. Advises sales and business stakeholders on digital partners, fintechs, program managers, and issuers; drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex customer, strategic relationship, co-brand, and acceptance agreements; identifies legal and business risks; and collaborates on regulatory, compliance, privacy, antitrust, product, and franchise matters.

Supports North American early-career talent acquisition by executing high-volume technical hiring, managing university relationships and candidate pipelines, representing Mastercard at recruiting events, coordinating internship programs, maintaining ATS and CRM data integrity, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and adhering to compliance processes.

Build and maintain scalable data-centric platforms, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data-processing applications across cloud and on-premises environments. Develop with Spark, Databricks, Java or Python, improve system performance and reliability, support CI/CD and testing, and contribute to system design. Collaborate with product, engineering, governance, security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure enterprise data exchange, discovery, and consumption capabilities.

Drives North American commercialization, revenue growth, partnerships, and enterprise sales for Mastercard and BVNK digital asset and stablecoin solutions. Builds pipelines, originates and closes complex B2B opportunities, leads client workshops and proposals, supports sales teams, and develops account strategies across payments, remittances, payouts, settlement, treasury, and wallet use cases. Serves as a regional subject matter expert while informing product roadmaps through market, regulatory, and client insights.

Leads the architecture, development, and evolution of Mastercard’s EMV 3-D Secure authentication platform. Designs scalable, resilient, secure, low-latency distributed systems; guides engineering standards, APIs, microservices, testing, deployment, and production support. Provides EMV 3DS domain leadership, drives standards compliance and modernization, mentors engineers, performs technical reviews, and influences architecture and product strategy across globally distributed teams.

Leads and develops a distributed software engineering team while providing technical leadership for architecture, design, and delivery of scalable platform capabilities. Responsibilities include Java and Spring Boot backend development, RESTful APIs, microservices, code and design reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, system reliability, stakeholder collaboration, and people management. The role also evaluates technologies, guides technical initiatives, and supports modern web, data engineering, Kubernetes, and generative AI capabilities.
