Drives governance and execution across Mastercard’s technology portfolio. Plans and delivers complex initiatives, manages scope, dependencies, risks, budgets, and business cases, and provides portfolio insights for data-driven decision-making. The role requires strategic software sales expertise, strong executive relationships, solution-based selling, and knowledge of CRM, Martech, loyalty, and media solutions.

Supports global B2B and product marketing initiatives for Mastercard’s small and medium enterprise portfolio, with emphasis on loyalty offerings. Responsibilities include managing client events, executive engagement, web content, digital marketing, sales enablement assets, thought leadership, stakeholder coordination, project plans, timelines, and performance reporting. The role collaborates across product, sales, regional marketing, communications, and agency teams to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Develops and maintains Java and Spring Boot microservices supporting secure, scalable payment-processing systems.
