Leads the design, development, delivery, and measurement of learning programs for field associates, merchants, and leadership. Identifies talent and performance gaps, develops customized training solutions, manages vendor partnerships, oversees demand planning, and aligns learning strategies with business objectives. The role also leads and mentors a learning team and collaborates with HR, business leaders, subject matter experts, and the Lowe’s Leadership Institute.

Partners with product, business, technology, and vendor teams to improve order visibility, modification, fulfillment exception handling, and customer care experiences. Manages roadmaps, budgets, resources, delivery practices, and team performance while driving scalable microservice and API-based solutions.

Manages independent service provider relationships across assigned markets, overseeing capacity, quality, compliance, customer experience, and performance KPIs. Conducts business reviews, jobsite inspections, audits, coaching, corrective actions, and escalations. Validates staffing, licensing, training, technology adoption, and operational readiness. Resolves capacity and execution issues while partnering with store, operations, and national teams to improve provider performance and customer outcomes.

Manages Independent Service Providers across assigned markets, overseeing capacity, quality, compliance, customer experience, and operational performance. Conducts business reviews, jobsite inspections, audits, coaching, and corrective actions; validates staffing and readiness; resolves capacity and customer issues; supports provider onboarding; and shares field insights with cross-functional teams. Uses performance data and technology adoption to improve KPI attainment, forecasting, and sustained provider execution.

Leads the strategy and execution of Lowe’s Marketplace post-purchase experience. Owns a prioritized roadmap to improve delivery speed, reliability, customer satisfaction, and recommendation likelihood. Uses customer feedback, operational data, and analytics to identify defects, diagnose root causes, and prioritize scalable solutions. Drives complex enterprise initiatives across Marketplace, Product & Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Experience while influencing stakeholders without direct authority and presenting recommendations to senior executives.

Leads recruitment marketing strategy, media campaigns, employer branding, and top-of-funnel hiring initiatives across Lowe’s business units. Manages recruitment marketing staff, budgets, vendors, market intelligence, candidate experience programs, analytics, and continuous improvement. Partners with HR, talent acquisition, business leaders, and employment branding teams to attract candidates in challenging markets, improve applications and hires, and maintain inclusive, multilingual campaigns.

Advises supply chain location leaders on HR strategy, talent development, engagement, recruiting, leadership practices, compliance, and organizational performance. Coaches leaders and associates, supports talent assessments, staffing plans, communications, audits, training, and engagement action plans. Partners with HR business partners and centers of expertise on organizational solutions, and supports HR activities during new location openings, closings, and relocations. Regularly visits assigned locations to assess engagement and business needs.

Supports the enterprise risk management program through risk assessments, risk register maintenance, mitigation tracking, governance activities, executive dashboards, key risk indicators, reporting, and trend analysis. Partners with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve risk data quality, monitor emerging risks, coordinate deliverables, and support risk-informed decision-making and continuous ERM program improvement.
