Part-time retail sales role delivering welcoming in-store experiences, driving sales and KPIs, demoing products, managing quotes and customer outreach, maintaining merchandising and store operations, supporting omni-channel service, handling transactions, resolving customer issues, and performing physical tasks including furniture handling and occasional travel.

Provide a welcoming in-store experience, engage customers using Lovesac selling techniques, demo products, manage quotes, close sales, meet KPIs, perform outreach, resolve customer issues, maintain merchandising and store operations, assist across channels, and lift/assemble furniture as needed.

Support indirect tax and compliance functions including sales, franchise, gross receipts, property tax, and business licenses. Prepare and review tax returns, manage exemption certificates, work in Avalara, support audits and month-end reconciliations, maintain compliance calendar and tax records, and participate in tax-related projects and system implementations.

Serve as HRIS subject-matter expert supporting configuration, administration, testing, and optimization of HCM modules. Troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, develop reporting and Power BI dashboards, manage security and audits, partner with HR/Payroll/IT/Finance, and lead process improvements and system migrations.

Provide welcoming in-store customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, meet sales goals, manage quotes and transactions, maintain visual merchandising and store operations, perform customer outreach, support omni-channel/remote shifts, handle occasional travel, and lift/assemble furniture as needed.

Represent Lovesac at third-party in-store events and local stores to drive brand awareness and sales through product demonstrations, customer engagement, merchandising, event setup/takedown, and post-purchase support. Meet sales and event KPIs, handle transactions, gather customer feedback, and follow company and vendor policies. Regular local travel and physical work (lifting, assembly) required.

Provide friendly, consultative in-store sales support using Lovesac selling techniques. Achieve sales goals, demo products, manage quotes and transactions, perform outreach, maintain merchandising and store operations, handle customer issues, assist with omni-channel and remote support, and perform physical tasks including lifting and merchandise handling.

Lead digital transformation for web and eCommerce by owning the technical roadmap, platform integrations, and delivery of customer-facing experiences. Drive omni-channel strategy, platform modernization, AI/automation adoption, vendor management, performance and analytics, and KPIs (revenue, engagement, conversion).
