Designs and evolves enterprise information security architecture, standards, and roadmaps while engineering and operating security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, Entra ID, and DLP. Advises enterprise and solution architects on secure cloud, application, data, and infrastructure designs; integrates security tools; supports automation, detection, incident response, governance, audits, and continuous improvement.

Own and optimize Lovesac’s NetSuite ecosystem and related enterprise applications. Design and develop customizations, workflows, reports, integrations, and automation; troubleshoot production and data integrity issues; support security, SOX controls, access governance, UAT, deployments, and platform strategy. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Technology teams, lead ERP initiatives, manage incidents, document procedures, and mentor stakeholders and consultants.

Leads Lovesac’s Finance Platforms strategy, roadmap, governance, operations, and continuous improvement across NetSuite and connected financial applications. Partners with Finance and enterprise leaders to transform accounting, procurement, close, reporting, tax, treasury, and audit processes. Oversees SOX controls, security, vendors, budgets, delivery, modernization, automation, and platform risk while leading product owners, ERP engineers, analysts, and external partners.

Leads FP&A and financial business partnership for marketing, eCommerce, merchandising, and commercial teams. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, revenue and gross-margin modeling, category and channel economics, marketing investment analysis, ROAS and ROI measurement, executive reporting, and scenario planning. Partners with senior leaders to improve profitable growth, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation while managing financial governance and developing an Analyst.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and store operations. Configure declarative and programmatic features (Flows, Apex, LWC), support integrations and data quality, implement security and governance, optimize platform performance, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver features using Agile practices.

Owns and optimizes Lovesac’s finance technology ecosystem, including NetSuite and related financial applications. Responsibilities include managing roadmaps and backlogs, gathering requirements, coordinating testing and releases, improving finance processes, supporting implementations, managing vendors, tracking KPIs, enabling users, and maintaining SOX controls and audit readiness. Partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and Enterprise Technology teams.

Provide a welcoming in-store experience, engage customers using Lovesac selling techniques, demo products, manage quotes and close sales. Meet individual sales goals and KPIs, conduct customer outreach, resolve issues, maintain merchandising and store operations (opening/closing, inventory, promotions), and follow company policies. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provide welcoming in-store customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, meet sales goals, manage quotes and transactions, maintain visual merchandising and store operations, perform customer outreach, support omni-channel/remote shifts, handle occasional travel, and lift/assemble furniture as needed.

Lead Lovesac’s paid media and customer acquisition strategy across digital and offline channels. Build and scale an in-house media team, drive AI and automation adoption, optimize omnichannel funnel performance, manage large media budgets, implement rigorous measurement (incrementality, geo-testing, MMM), and partner cross-functionally to drive ecommerce and store traffic growth.

Provide exceptional in-store customer service and sales by guiding customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes and follow-ups, demonstrating product knowledge, supporting visual merchandising and store operations, meeting sales goals and KPIs, championing promotions, conducting outreach, resolving customer issues, and assisting management with service and operational tasks.
