Responsibilities also include evaluating security technologies, implementing protective controls, supporting compliance, and mentoring team members.

Leads mid-size consulting engagements focused on organizational and operational transformation, including cost reduction, process improvement, automation, and customer or provider experience. Manages project lifecycles, governance, schedules, deliverables, stakeholder requirements, quantitative analyses, financial models, and strategic recommendations. Leads teams, coaches consultants, influences stakeholders across a matrixed organization, and applies emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI to improve business processes.

Lead mid-size to large projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, managing scope, resources, risks, issues, stakeholders, documentation, reporting, quality controls, and project teams. The role requires delivering multiple complex projects on time and within budget, using project management software and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Healthcare or health insurance experience is preferred, and travel may comprise 25% to 50% of the role.

Serves as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and Technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
