Support execution of Goldman Sachs' Third Party Operational Resilience Assurance (TORA) program by leading resilience tests for critical vendors, reporting findings, driving remediation, and coordinating with vendor owners, senior management, audits, and regulatory inquiries globally.

Nine- to ten-week Summer Analyst internship in Asset & Wealth Management. Participate in orientation and training, work on real responsibilities alongside teams, and support wealth management activities including financial planning, investment management, banking, and client advisory services.

Lead origination, structuring, and execution of equity financings (IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, convertibles). Manage deal teams, mentor junior staff, perform investor targeting and comparable analysis, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and oversee project management throughout transaction lifecycles.

Design and build scalable Java/Spring microservices and high-volume ETL pipelines using Spring Batch. Develop secure RESTful APIs, implement Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging and real-time streaming, optimize databases and SQL performance, and maintain CI/CD and containerized deployments for high-availability systems.

Lead engineering of controllers systems that calculate P&L, capital, balance sheet and liquidity metrics; design scalable, low-latency platforms; partner with stakeholders to define vision, architecture, and implementation for regulatory and business needs.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel on AI procurement, development, deployment, and use of firm data. Advise engineering and business units on AI governance, privacy, GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, cybersecurity, sourcing, and third-party risk. Support global affiliates, governance functions, and training related to AI, data protection, and cyber incident response.
