Lead and maintain the surveillance and monitoring framework for Private Wealth Management. Draft risk and functional specs, prepare approval documents and procedures, ensure timely closure of US surveillances, track goals and remediation of audit findings, perform testing of infrastructure, data quality, and logic, lead gap analyses on inquiries/enforcement, coordinate with senior Compliance and Compliance Engineering, publish progress updates, and manage a team performing compliance surveillance.

Perform month-end and quarter-end financial accounting for Wealth Management: prepare and record general ledger entries, reconcile P&L and balance sheet accounts, perform daily revenue analysis, support strategic initiatives and change programs, create reports and presentations for leadership, coordinate cross-functional projects, and respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Perform technology audits assessing design and effectiveness of IT controls (security, availability, SDLC, change and entitlement management). Design and execute tests, analyze large datasets, write scripts, inspect code, and create visualizations. Coordinate with developers, architects, and global audit teams; document findings and evaluate remediation plans to mitigate financial, regulatory, and reputational risk.

Serve as legal entity controller overseeing monthly close, intercompany reconciliations, regulatory and SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP financial preparation, capital requirement analysis, and cross‑functional liaison for reporting and ad hoc analyses.

Advise stakeholders on financial crime compliance risks related to digital assets. Design and oversee risk management framework and client selection criteria, develop risk metrics and reporting, and support implementation of the firm's digital assets compliance program. Engage senior personnel, legal, and business teams to propose control enhancements and ensure regulatory alignment.

Lead preparation of the firm's consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes and XBRL filings. Manage quarter-end and monthly close processes, coordinate audits, evaluate accounting standards impacts, review complex transactions, reconcile and finalize balance sheets, and oversee reporting to stakeholders.

Analyze and aggregate components of regulatory capital, perform variance review, identify drivers and control gaps, present findings to stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop sustainable processes, and create training materials for daily capital and risk-based reporting workflows.

Provide legal counsel and regulatory advice to the Digital Assets business across cash and derivatives (equities, fixed income), platforms, services, and market structures; support product development, transactional and trading matters, and stay current with evolving digital-asset regulations.

Develop, enhance, support and maintain scalable software solutions across the SDLC. Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT), deployment, and production support. Build multi-threaded, service-oriented applications, design microservices, implement testing suites, and evaluate external technologies to transform internal platforms.

Handle inbound escalated customer inquiries via phone and casework, investigate root causes, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recommend process improvements, manage casework to meet service levels, and support continuous improvement and quality metrics.
