Support studio unscripted development by generating and refining original series ideas, producing polished pitch decks and short-form video proofs, researching trends and talent, collaborating with creative teams to package concepts, and providing administrative support to the EVP. Requires on-site presence at least four days per week.

Produce and write promotional content across on-air, online and print platforms. Develop, shoot and edit promo campaigns, station IDs, news topicals, commercials and social media pieces. Collaborate with creative services, sales and graphics teams, handle tight deadlines, assist at events, and maintain daily logs in WideOrbit.

Write and produce multiple breaking and trending news stories daily: pitch, aggregate with attribution, pursue original reporting, collaborate with editors, obtain/edit photos and video, use SEO and AI tools, work shifts and travel for breaking news under deadline pressure.

Edit and produce daily digital news and culture content: monitor broadcasts and podcasts for story angles, assign and edit pieces, cut and prep video, write and optimize headlines/copy, coordinate production with technical staff, uphold editorial standards and manage shift handovers.

Manage month‑end close and reconciliations, prepare production activity and revenue recognition schedules, process A/P and credit card transactions, bill internal productions, post payroll journals, support quarterly reporting, and act as subject‑matter expert for supplier onboarding and financial systems.

The Production Assistant will support the production team, manage videos and graphics, pitch stories, and contribute to social media efforts.

Book, research, and confirm guests for OutKick streaming shows; cultivate relationships and maintain an extensive contact network. Produce pre-interviews, pitch segment ideas, source relevant clips, and meet tight deadlines during breaking news. Work closely with producers and the executive producer to generate timely, creative angles and support live production needs.

The News Reporter will contribute story ideas, gather content for programming, write stories, and build the station's community relationships.

The Booker at OutKick will identify and book guests for shows, pitch creative segment ideas, and manage deadlines while being well-versed in sports and pop culture.
