Sell Clover point-of-sale and business management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across Ventura County. Generate leads through cold calling, financial institution partnerships, and referral networks; manage a sales pipeline; consult with merchants to tailor solutions; and drive revenue in a quota-based environment. Develops new client relationships and revenue opportunities within financial services, payments, and digital banking. Leads software engineering teams developing and operating cloud-native enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and major cloud platforms. Defines engineering standards and architecture principles, drives modernization and platform reliability, partners with product and technical teams, oversees deployment strategies, and manages Agile and SAFe planning. Coaches engineering leaders and supports performance, career development, and succession planning.

Leads go-to-market strategy and commercialization for Fiserv’s SMB financial services portfolio, including Clover Card. Develops launch frameworks, positioning, messaging, campaigns, and growth strategies while coordinating Product, Sales, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Support, and external partners. Monitors adoption, engagement, retention, and campaign KPIs to accelerate portfolio growth.
