The Client Relationship Representative will provide customer service, assist with banking transactions, sell products, and support banking center operations while training and guiding staff.

Provide operational and administrative support for HR risk management, compliance, governance, audits, and investigations. Coordinate audits, maintain investigation and corrective action tracking, support policy and handbook updates, produce risk and compliance reporting, and assist HR Shared Services and process improvement initiatives.

The Wealth Advisor III will develop new client relationships, coordinate financial solutions, and build referral relationships with local institutions to meet business development goals.

The Relationship Manager III will manage client relationships, implement sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with lending practices.

Manage commercial client portfolios to grow market share and revenue through proactive sales and cross-selling; underwrite, extend, and monitor credit; review financials; prevent losses and resolve delinquent loans; and coach and develop staff.

Coordinate loan originator activities, qualify leads, interview applicants, collect and review financial information, evaluate creditworthiness for residential purchase/refinance/construction loans, maintain compliance, support administrative tasks, and build referral networks.

Perform credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring for commercial loan portfolios including cash flow analysis, financial statement spreading, covenant and borrowing base testing, appraisal review, and preparation of credit decision summaries. Support loan committees and maintain accurate risk ratings and loan documentation.

Provide exceptional client service in a branch environment by completing complex transactions, opening accounts, processing loans, handling escalations, recommending products, meeting sales goals, coaching peers, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and operational controls.
