Perform quantitative credit analysis for commercial real estate loans: spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns, prepare credit memoranda, recommend loan structure and risk ratings, participate in loan committee, perform credit investigations (UCC, credit bureau, D&B), and support credit administration and regulatory compliance.
