Lead end-to-end design strategy and research engagements, framing problems, running qualitative and mixed-method research, facilitating executive alignment, creating service models and roadmaps, and guiding discovery to delivery readiness. Mentor practitioners, produce executive-ready recommendations, and partner with transformation, product, technology, operations, risk, and business stakeholders to drive evidence-based decisions and organizational adoption.

Builds expertise in hedge funds, private equity, and private credit offerings, communicates capabilities to investors and internal partners, and collaborates with investment, operations, sales, and service-provider teams.

Identifies and qualifies prospective nonprofit and institutional clients, profiles opportunities, aligns prospects with investment and wealth management solutions, and supports Regional Directors throughout the sales process. Coordinates RFP responses, fee proposals, finalist presentations, pipeline reporting, outreach campaigns, thought leadership events, and sales marketing initiatives. Requires knowledge of OCIO services, nonprofit organizations, and Northern Trust capabilities.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and architecture, guiding generative AI and ML adoption with governance, security, MLOps, and cross-functional enablement. Advise development teams, drive ROI, and ensure compliant, scalable AI solutions.

Lead and enhance the Financial Crime Compliance risk assessment program (AML, sanctions, CFT, CPF). Assess and document FCC risks and controls, produce actionable reporting, advise stakeholders, provide guidance and training, identify emerging risks, interact with regulators and auditors, and manage projects to meet deadlines.

Lead lending support operations to improve loan processing efficiency and client experience. Coordinate loan onboarding, credit documentation, deal implementation, and portfolio support. Manage team performance, training, pipeline tracking, compliance, and process improvement initiatives across lending stakeholders.

Lead the first-line-of-defence for AI by defining and operationalising AI control frameworks, overseeing model inventory and lifecycle management, ensuring audit and regulatory readiness, monitoring control metrics, partnering with Risk/Compliance/Audit, and advising AI delivery teams to embed controls across design, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions.

Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting financial advisors. Serve as team lead and partner to sales/product, build email/webinar programs, manage content and thought leadership, optimize paid and owned media, deliver performance reporting and ROI, and drive advisor engagement and pipeline growth.

Support and/or own new prospective client opportunities: profile prospects, present bank products, coordinate RFPs and fee proposals, cross-sell to existing clients, provide subject-matter expertise, and drive strategic partner and advisor development while working onsite.
