Lead execution of third‑party risk program across lifecycle stages (onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, contracting, offboarding). Track and remediate issues using ServiceNow and Coupa, design risk methodologies, report KRIs and program performance, drive continuous improvement and automation, engage stakeholders and 2LOD, and support regulatory and board reporting.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and corporate communications team: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, screen communications, prepare correspondence and PowerPoint presentations, handle expense/finance tasks, liaise with stakeholders, and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Support the Market Data Brokerage category by partnering with business units and sourcing leadership to execute sourcing strategies, manage contracts and renewals, support vendor negotiations, analyze pricing and usage models, ensure governance and compliance, manage multiple sourcing activities, represent the category in cross-functional forums, and produce concise decision support and risk escalation.

Manage complex fiduciary, custody, banking and investment administration for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Coordinate account setup, daily transactions, client inquiries, compliance monitoring, fee reviews, and cross-team collaboration. Serve as subject matter expert, mentor junior staff, identify process improvements, and support relationship managers in client servicing and business development.

Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, estate, guardianship, custody and advisory relationships; resolve client issues; manage account openings/closings, cash movements and fees; support advisors in compliance, reviews and business development; mentor junior staff and identify process improvements while using internal systems (e.g., PeopleSoft).

Review and assess escalated sanction alerts, perform quality control of sanction screening, advise business partners on sanctions compliance, identify sanctions risks, collaborate on projects, consult management on complex investigations, and execute cross-functional compliance activities with independent judgment.

Provide client-focused account management for wealth clients: execute daily client activity, maintain governing documents, develop understanding of client goals, collaborate with internal partners and advisors, support business development and presentations, and continue developing advisory skills in investments, estate and financial planning.
