Serve as a Collibra-focused data management SME supporting product roadmap, requirements, configuration, UAT, and day-to-day operational governance. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, drive enhancements, support metadata, data quality, attestation, role management, training, and adoption to improve governance usability and compliance.

Oversee lifecycle of fixed assets and software investments, ensure U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance, review IT spending and contracts, maintain asset records, support reporting and audits, and drive process standardization and system improvements across Technology, Procurement, PMO, and Finance.

Designs, develops, and maintains end-to-end full-stack applications. Implements front-end (HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, React) and back-end (Java/JEE, Python, Spring Boot) components, builds REST APIs and microservices, manages databases and integrations, ensures code quality and CI/CD/DevOps practices, collaborates with stakeholders, and monitors system health to resolve stability and scalability issues.

Provide senior-level production support for Accounting and Fund Administration applications across regions. Investigate and resolve complex incidents, coordinate remediation, advise on operational improvements, manage team priorities, follow ITIL processes, support change and release activities, and participate in occasional out-of-hours incident response.

Handle inbound and outbound investor calls, resolve account requests and processing inquiries, prepare correcting entries, use transfer-agency business applications, identify process improvements, and develop proficiency while working independently and on a team.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end digital client experience for wealth management. Define CX strategy and metrics, map journeys, run VoC programs, drive personalization and digital adoption, partner cross-functionally, and report results to senior leadership to improve satisfaction, retention, and advisor productivity.

Architect and deliver Data & AI solutions on Azure with Snowflake, design data models and warehouses, lead POCs and cross-team collaboration, enable production AI/MLOps and modern data platform practices for asset management.
