Coordinate administration of fiduciary, trust, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts; resolve client issues; manage service requests and action plans; maintain governing documents and account records; support advisors with account acceptance, compliance, fee setup, and client presentations; identify process improvements; mentor and supervise junior staff as needed.

Lead and validate operational risk and control transformation audits. Partner with audit teams and stakeholders to assess control design and effectiveness, interpret regulatory expectations, analyze risk data, report findings to senior leaders, advise on testing and issue development, and coach team members to improve audit quality.

Manage and oversee special oil, gas, and mineral assets in trusts and agency accounts. Perform valuations, investment reviews, title research, lease and contract negotiation, revenue tracking, tax and compliance administration, asset remediation and sales, and provide fiduciary advice and client communication. Lead asset decisions, support audits, and participate in business development.

Serve as a client-facing consultant delivering investment analysis, portfolio reporting, and process improvements for Integrated Risk and Analytics Solutions. Independently manage client relationships, lead projects, mentor junior staff, provide data quality oversight, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex client requests. Use judgment to develop solutions and support strategic initiatives.

Coach and train wealth advisors to drive behavioral change, improve prospecting and client retention, deploy GDWM and GPS digital tools, lead workshops, track performance, develop resources, and partner with leadership to embed growth-oriented practices across the region.

Manage non-traditional third-party engagements across sourcing, contracting, due diligence, governance, and lifecycle monitoring. Coordinate complex contracts with Procurement, Legal, TPMO and business stakeholders, identify and remediate contract and compliance gaps, and provide guidance on sourcing and ongoing third-party risk expectations within a regulated financial services environment.
