Lead and manage Technology Risk Governance and Risk Reporting team, run technology risk committees and advisory forums, oversee risk reporting and escalation, integrate first-line risk reporting with central risk teams, handle staffing and performance management, and develop unit strategy, budgets, and diversity programs to drive risk mitigation and informed decision-making.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure platforms (landing zones, networking, compute, storage, identity). Enable Java/Spring Boot delivery to ACA/App Services and serverless runtimes. Automate infrastructure with Terraform/Bicep and GitOps, enforce security/compliance (RBAC, Entra ID, Key Vault), and implement observability, SLOs, autoscaling, and incident response runbooks.

Lead and modernize IAM governance, risk, and operations across human and non-human identities (including agentic AI). Define policies, lifecycle management, controls, and KPIs; partner with AI/ML, data governance, and enterprise teams; ensure audit readiness, compliance, and scalable IAM operations (IGA, PAM, authentication/authorization). Build and lead the organization to prevent privilege escalation and identity sprawl.

Coordinate account administration and client service for fiduciary, trust, estate, guardianship, and custody relationships. Resolve client issues, manage account setup, documentation, fees, and transactions, support advisors in acceptance and review processes, drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and use internal systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and client online tools to manage servicing events.

Lead distribution of Northern Trust Asset Management products within Wealth Management by creating targeted client plans, partnering with product and marketing teams, designing coverage models, building deep relationships across territory, and driving adoption of Alternatives, Direct Indexing, and SMA solutions. Heavy regional travel (50-75%) to Wealth offices required.
