Entry-level trainee responsible for learning to manage an assigned claims caseload, applying contract/policy knowledge to make fair benefit determinations, documenting decisions, using claims systems and resources, delivering excellent customer service, and progressing to independent Benefit Specialist work under a 12-month mentorship program.

The Customer Benefit Advisor I provides exceptional customer service, handling inquiries about benefits and policies, while utilizing multiple systems and documentation processes. This role requires strong communication skills and customer empathy, ensuring accurate responses and satisfaction metrics are met.

Lead strategy, build, and operate enterprise-scale shared platforms (CI/CD, DevOps, APIs, ServiceNow, integration services, GenAI-enabled pipelines). Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity across ~120 platforms. Partner with business leaders, drive platform roadmap, governance, vendor management, KPI/SLAs, transformation, budgeting, and talent development to accelerate digital delivery and business outcomes.

Support the Territory Manager in growing territory sales by recruiting, developing, and coaching sales managers and agents; execute territory business and development plans; manage sales office, staff, and budget; drive direct sales results and prospecting; travel extensively and complete onboarding and training programs.
