Leads the design, configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise IAM platforms, including authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and access control. Independently manages litigation from inception through resolution, conducting court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, motion practice, and occasional trials. Provides legal guidance to claims professionals and business partners, evaluates Michigan legal developments, drafts substantive pleadings, and collaborates with support staff while managing a regional docket with minimal supervision.

Supports attorneys on Michigan No-Fault insurance defense litigation from complaint through arbitration and trial. Responsibilities include managing case files and deadlines, drafting pleadings and discovery, researching statutes and case law, reviewing medical records and billing, coordinating with clients and providers, scheduling independent medical examinations, preparing exhibits and trial binders, completing redactions, and ensuring timely court filings.

Drive enterprise sales and business development for Arity products across mobile publisher and automotive manufacturer segments. Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, initiate and close complex B2B deals, build customer and distribution partnerships, represent Arity at industry events, identify new markets, and provide market feedback to product, marketing, and go-to-market teams. Coordinate with product, sales engineering, legal, and internal distribution teams to advance opportunities and increase platform adoption.

Handle insurance defense litigation from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and occasional trials. Provide counsel to business clients, draft legal documents, conduct research, interview witnesses, attend proceedings, and participate in training and mentorship to develop litigation skills.

Draft pleadings and legal documents, conduct legal research, gather evidence, advise claims clients, represent in routine matters, attend mediations/arbitrations/trials, and monitor legal/regulatory changes. Participate in training and mentorship to develop litigation skills.

Provide in-house legal advice to Claims on high-exposure insurance matters, bad faith and extra-contractual litigation; oversee complex first- and third-party claims, manage outside counsel, recommend settlements, and develop claim-handling strategies to mitigate risk.

Manage local marketing and field activities in the Columbus, OH area: plan and execute events, build relationships with dealerships and partners, produce newsletters and social content, track event ROI, and drive new business and affinity program sales within the assigned region.
