The Full Stack Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, ensuring performance and security throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include building APIs, collaborating with designers, and optimizing databases.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow core ITSM and scoped applications (CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, PPM, Service Portal, etc.). Implement ITIL workflows, build reports/dashboards, perform custom development and CI/CD, conduct code reviews and testing, and coordinate with mission partners and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for the Intelligence Community.

Reverse-engineer embedded firmware and device drivers to identify vulnerabilities. Perform firmware extraction, static/dynamic analysis, binary diffing, and hardware-assisted debugging. Develop Python3 tools to automate analysis, collaborate with hardware engineers on debug interfaces (JTAG/SWD), investigate low-level initialization and IPC, and produce clear technical reports for security and engineering teams.

Provide administrative and operational support for project execution: facilitate and present meetings, capture minutes and action items, track tasks in Planner/Lists/Jira, consolidate data for reporting, document SOPs, assist managers with ad-hoc operations, and identify or escalate project issues.

Develop and prototype cyber tools and capabilities, integrate and demonstrate experimental systems, implement algorithms and analytics, build cyber-physical test environments, collaborate across engineering and mission teams, and produce technical documentation and experiment plans for DoD/IC customers.

Plan, execute, and maintain system-level integration and test procedures for Agile software builds. Perform environment setup, configuration management, interface verification, troubleshooting, and test result analysis. Prepare test documentation and reports, support TRRs/TRBs, collaborate with developers/DevOps/systems engineers, and support CI/CT and automation efforts while following quality and configuration management practices.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, architect integrations, enforce development standards, evaluate OOTB vs customization, mentor teams, liaise with government stakeholders, and ensure platform scalability, upgrade-readiness, and alignment to strategic roadmaps.

Provide help desk support for ULI toolkit users: troubleshoot applications, hardware, network and performance issues; manage incidents in Jira; document solutions in Confluence; create and run scripts; manage and audit user accounts; monitor IT systems for availability and security; support testing, SOPs, and customer communications.

Perform optical analyses and modeling of optics and systems using Zemax/Code V/FRED and in-house tools; collaborate with systems, mechanical, and test teams; document and review manufacturing and test procedures; present results to internal and external customers and oversee optical testing.

Develop, test, integrate, deploy, and maintain full-stack features on a ServiceNow-focused Agile team. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure integration and scalability, produce design and process documentation, troubleshoot incidents, and support CI/CD and DevOps practices.
