Lead and grow a software sustainment team supporting Satellite Control Network systems. Manage hiring, mentoring, Agile delivery, sprint planning, risk mitigation, technical decisions, and on-call/incident response while ensuring quality, security, and timely software delivery.

Design, build, and maintain DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD for ICAM systems. Manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts, automate deployments with GitOps and Ansible, support Elasticsearch/MongoDB, implement PKI, collaborate with engineers and security teams, and provide production support and program materials.
