The MILDEC Planner at NORTHCOM provides expertise in Military Deception, operational planning, and compliance with DoD policies while engaging with various stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

Develops and maintains integrated master schedules for Army acquisition and vehicle-platform integration programs. Integrates vendor, production, engineering, and government schedules; analyzes critical paths, risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts; forecasts shortfalls; performs schedule health assessments; tracks acquisition milestones and documentation; produces reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings; and maintains schedule baseline configuration control.

Coordinates integration between space technology owners, customer facilities, engineering teams, program managers, and operational stakeholders. Analyzes environments, identifies requirements and constraints, facilitates technical discussions, resolves integration challenges, and mitigates risks through planning and stakeholder engagement.

Builds, secures, and operates AI development infrastructure and production systems using DevSecOps practices. Responsibilities include creating CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, deployment automation, and reusable infrastructure modules; managing Kubernetes and Docker workloads across cloud, on-premises, and classified environments; implementing security, identity, vulnerability, supply-chain, and observability controls; and supporting AI integration across mission environments.

Performs cost analysis and project management support for an Army program. Develops and maintains ACEIT-based Program Office Estimates, life-cycle cost estimates, budget exhibits, affordability analyses, and cost-benefit analyses. Reviews vendor proposals, labor rates, overhead, and work breakdown structures; supports contract negotiations, funding actions, acquisition planning, and budget development. Requires active Secret clearance, ACEIT experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with DoD or Army cost estimating and budgeting processes.

Designs and evaluates analog, digital, RF, FPGA, PCB, and embedded electronic systems. Responsibilities include circuit and communication protocol analysis, VHDL/Verilog FPGA development, embedded C/C++ firmware, laboratory testing, signal characterization, technical reporting, and collaboration with engineering experts. Requires a bachelor’s degree, ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, and experience with electronics, FPGA development, embedded programming, communication buses, and laboratory equipment. Travel is up to 10%.

Manages on-site IT and data center implementation projects, coordinating site surveys, equipment staging, installation, integration, cutover, testing, schedules, subcontractors, government stakeholders, and quality reporting. Oversees project progress, documentation, risks, mitigation plans, materials, and installation workmanship. The role requires full-time office presence in High Point, North Carolina, up to 25% global travel, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Troubleshoots technical issues, manages permissions and encryption, documents tickets, meets SLAs, coordinates vendors and user moves, supports classified and unclassified systems, and assists other IT teams.

Lead enterprise monitoring and observability across 350+ global facilities. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining monitoring capabilities, analyzing availability and performance metrics, developing capacity plans, producing executive reports, identifying infrastructure issues, and implementing predictive analytics and machine learning.
