The Title Specialist processes vehicle titles, maintains records, offers customer support, and ensures compliance with title processing regulations while building relationships with DMV and sellers.

The Sr. Software Engineer will develop software for Copart's online auction platform, lead design efforts, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to security practices.

Process vehicle titles daily according to state and company guidelines; research and resolve missing/incorrect paperwork; communicate with customers and DMVs; maintain accurate records and filing; provide excellent customer service and support.

Lead and manage yard/facility operations, staff hiring/training, scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, vendor contracts, equipment maintenance, safety, customer service, and occasional travel between locations.

Process vehicle titles daily following state regulations and company policy. Research and resolve title paperwork issues, communicate with customers and DMVs, maintain filing and records, and provide customer service support.

Provide phone, chat, and email customer support to internal and external customers; facilitate vehicle releases from body shops and residences; resolve inquiries using company resources; perform office support tasks; meet call-quality metrics and maintain professional appearance.

Supervise office staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to Copart processes. Manage audits, workload allocation, supplies, cash handling and bank deposits, train and coach staff, handle employee/customer issues, respond to alarm calls, and perform occasional travel and overtime.

Work with program managers, analysts, and leads to develop and modify real-time web applications. Implement secure, efficient solutions using Java/Spring and Angular, write unit tests, perform code reviews, document designs, and apply multithreading and AI-first coding practices within an agile environment.

Design, build, and operate DevOps platforms for AI/ML and traditional apps. Deploy and manage containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes), implement IaC and CI/CD, operate GPU infrastructure, support MLOps lifecycle, monitor production, perform RCA, and collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams.

Work with product and AI teams to integrate LLMs and generative AI into full-stack applications. Build RAG pipelines and conversational agents, develop concurrent Java backend services for real-time AI inference, and implement React-based AI interfaces. Collaborate across QA, security, and infrastructure in an agile environment.
