Designs and documents Army campus area networks supporting NIPR, SIPR, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and related infrastructure. Develops engineering assessments, network configurations, cutover plans, installation recommendations, site-specific reports, drawings, and testing documentation. Coordinates with project managers and lead engineers, directs technical resources, ensures compliance with U.S. Army engineering processes, and presents system concepts. Administers Windows and Linux systems, identifies vulnerabilities and attack vectors, develops mitigations, and supports cyber technologies including ICS/SCADA, IoT, camera systems, and RF devices.

Assists with managing COMSEC policies, procedures, personnel, training, audits, account records, accountable equipment, emergency action plans, shipments, and risk mitigation across multiple sites. Ensures compliance with federal and DoD security requirements, supports COMSEC managers and responsible officers, maintains cryptographic material accountability, and provides guidance on secure handling and key status. Requires 1–3 years of COMSEC experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Administer and support ASE and PostgreSQL databases across on-premises and AWS environments. Responsibilities include configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, disaster recovery, security, migrations from SAP ASE to Amazon RDS PostgreSQL, upgrades, and production support. Requires at least one year of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent, DoDM 8140.03 IAT I compliance, and an active Secret clearance.
