Supports network operations and information security activities, assesses cybersecurity controls against NIST frameworks, assists with Security Assessment and Authorization processes, performs continuous monitoring, identifies vulnerabilities and security gaps, recommends mitigations, and maintains compliance documentation and operational records. Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to support security objectives.

Leads end-to-end proposal development for complex DoD and federal procurements, from RFP release through submission and post-submittal activities. Manages cross-functional proposal teams, schedules, compliance matrices, color reviews, content libraries, oral presentations, demonstrations, FPRs, and stakeholder reporting. Establishes proposal processes and tools, champions AI-enabled solutions, coordinates with contracts, pricing, and legal teams, and ensures compliant, high-quality, on-time submissions.

Develop and maintain full-stack web interfaces, backend scoring services, databases, and automated agents for cyber range environments. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, unit and integration testing, system validation, documentation, requirements analysis, and integration with versioned cyber ranges. The role requires collaboration across complex hybrid and multi-vendor environments, with a focus on cyber training systems, infrastructure automation, networking, virtualization, and Agile software development.

Supports administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers, networks, cloud environments, physical and virtual infrastructure. Maintains VMware, KVM, and Xen virtualization platforms, investigates system and network issues, identifies vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies, documents operations, and coordinates with internal teams. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of relevant experience, DoDM 8140.03 IAT I qualification, and a Secret clearance.

Manage an enterprise-level DoD cyber range and IT/OT technology program, overseeing contractor and subcontractor personnel, scope, cost, schedules, resources, documentation, testing, training, and performance metrics. Represent the program with senior military and government leadership, deliver briefings and reports, participate in national-level working groups, and drive execution across multiple projects.

Designs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise networks and infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, and virtualized environments. Supports campus networks, infrastructure upgrades, network policies, operational readiness, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Requires at least five years of networking experience, expert enterprise network knowledge, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, DoDM 8140.03 IAT II compliance, and an active Secret clearance.

Designs, configures, maintains, and supports cyber range training environments for cybersecurity exercises and mission rehearsals. Builds virtual machines, networks, accounts, tooling, and exercise content; operates offensive and defensive tools; supports event execution; maintains Windows and Linux systems; troubleshoots VMware, DNS, routing, TCP/IP, connectivity, and performance issues; documents environments; and improves processes through automation and standardization.

Leads cyber and technology training exercises, including planning, scheduling, execution timelines, testing, and customer support. Evaluates force laydowns, operational concepts, vignettes, tactics, techniques, and procedures across physical, logical, and cyber-persona layers. Provides strategic, operational, and tactical assessments while coordinating national laboratories, red teams, government organizations, and academic institutions. Requires extensive cyber range, supervisory, Army and Joint Cyber Training experience, along with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Designs, builds, operates, and maintains cyber range training environments for cybersecurity training, mission rehearsal, and validation events. Configures virtual machines, networks, operating systems, accounts, tools, and exercise content; supports red and defensive teams during exercises; troubleshoots infrastructure and connectivity issues; documents configurations and runbooks; and improves processes through automation and standardization.
