Leads systems engineering for military simulation applications across requirements, architecture, integration, testing, verification, and delivery. Support engineers with sourcing components, prototype builds, configuration management, and process improvements. Work across engineering, production, and purchasing teams in office, laboratory, warehouse, and production environments, with occasional travel.

Leads agile transformation across multiple project teams, establishes program-wide Scrum practices, coaches Scrum Masters, facilitates ceremonies and PI planning, and drives continuous improvement. The role aligns agile delivery with government mission objectives across cloud modernization and legacy system maintenance. It requires scaling agile practices across numerous teams, supporting product roadmapping and retrospectives, and applying AWS and DevOps knowledge to CI/CD and automated testing strategies.
