Designs, builds, maintains, and supports cyber range environments for cybersecurity training, mission rehearsal, and validation events. Configures virtual machines, networks, operating systems, accounts, tools, and exercise content; supports offensive and defensive cyber operations; troubleshoots infrastructure and connectivity issues; provides event support; develops technical documentation; and improves automation and standardization. The role works onsite with content developers, exercise staff, Cyber Protection Teams, and technical stakeholders.

Designs, builds, operates, and maintains cyber range training environments for cybersecurity training, mission rehearsal, and validation events. Configures virtual machines, networks, user access, offensive and defensive tools, Windows and Linux hosts, and VMware infrastructure. Troubleshoots connectivity and performance issues, supports event execution, documents repeatable procedures, coordinates with stakeholders, and improves automation and standard configurations. Requires extensive cyber operations experience, DoD IAT Level II certification, networking and platform certifications, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI clearance.

Designs and plans voice, video, and data communications systems, including Layer 1 copper and fiber infrastructure, PA and aural warning, and A/V solutions. Develops network architectures, schematics, installation plans, material lists, technical requirements, test criteria, and implementation solutions. Evaluates hardware, software, costs, capacity, upgrades, and emerging technologies while monitoring network operations. Requires collaboration with engineering teams and customers, leadership, and compliance with industry and electrical standards.

Facilitates Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, removes impediments, manages dependencies and risks, tracks Agile metrics, and communicates progress to technical teams, program leadership, customers, and stakeholders. Coaches teams on Agile principles, supports backlog readiness and sprint commitments, and promotes continuous improvement and predictable delivery across software, cloud, infrastructure, and systems engineering environments.

Supports government contract program finance through forecasting, cost and schedule tracking, EAC analysis, financial reporting, invoicing, funding oversight, subcontractor billing, internal controls, and compliance with federal acquisition and accounting requirements. Partners with finance, accounting, contracts, HR, operations, program management, and government stakeholders. Monitors labor costs, timesheets, burn rates, task orders, and contract financial performance. Travel is required up to 10%.

Provides quality assurance and quality control across programs and corporate functions. Develops and improves processes aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI-DEV, and CMMC; performs audits, supports external assessments, analyzes metrics, conducts root-cause and corrective-action activities, and maintains quality plans and process documentation.

Develops and maintains technical cyber training materials, courses, curricula, assessments, and documentation for Navy personnel. Creates synchronous, asynchronous, blended, micro-learning, and self-paced content using instructional design and ADDIE methodologies. Evaluates course effectiveness, incorporates learner feedback, leads new learning models, and manages multiple initiatives. Requires strong technical writing, cyber and IT knowledge, authoring-tool and LMS familiarity, U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and occasional travel.

Designs, implements, tests, maintains, and sustains global enterprise networks, including WAN, LAN, data center, tactical, and secure network environments. Resolves complex connectivity issues, configures routing, VPNs, firewalls, NAT, and load balancing, and optimizes latency, throughput, scalability, and fault tolerance. Performs site surveys, deployment testing, security evaluations, configuration management, technical documentation, and cross-functional requirements coordination while supporting mission operations.

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, network infrastructure, cloud, physical, and virtualized environments. Configure VMware, KVM, and Xen platforms; monitor performance; troubleshoot system and network issues; support upgrades and maintenance; maintain documentation; and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of computer systems experience, DoDM 8140.03 IAT II compliance, and a Secret clearance.

Manages Army logistics, inventory, property accountability, procurement, sourcing, and supply operations for operational and training environments. Oversees ordering, receiving, storage, distribution, delivery expediting, hand receipts, and government property tracking. Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Army procurement policies while coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and government stakeholders. Requires experience with CHESS, GFEBS, Army supply operations, procurement, contracting, and government property accountability.
