Oversee transfer agency operations, client onboarding, account conversions, operational metrics, controls, risk mitigation, and process improvements. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of total experience, and preferably management and Big Four accounting experience.

Performs complex fund and client accounting, including NAV calculations, performance reporting, expense allocations, reconciliations, and client reporting. Reviews junior staff work, resolves atypical transactions, supports service improvements and process efficiencies, and evaluates GAAP and IFRS impacts on accounting practices. Provides guidance to less experienced team members and interacts regularly with clients to resolve reporting and accounting issues.
