Mentor developers, participate in architecture and technology strategy, ensure security/compliance/performance, and own stakeholder alignment and delivery.

Oversee quality control, work allocation, and workflow for Middle Office and outsourced teams. Review and approve junior work, analyze complex transactions, manage trade static data, trade enrichment, exception handling, market claims, and complex reconciliations. Support incident management, client inquiries, ad hoc reporting, and escalate issues affecting IBOR accuracy. Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
