The role contributes to discovery, testing, implementation, prioritization, governance, and post-launch improvements, while assessing opportunities involving loans modernization, tokenisation, blockchain, and AI.

Owns the product backlog for a loans enablement platform capability, setting priorities, defining requirements, managing dependencies, and coordinating delivery across business, technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams. The role shapes roadmaps, evaluates modernization opportunities, supports investment cases, and translates developments in loans, tokenisation, blockchain, and AI into platform outcomes.

Supports the liquidity product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of product initiatives. Translates business goals into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while coordinating technology, operations, sales, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders. Assists with complex client onboarding, implementation, launches, performance tracking, and process optimization. Leads multiple hedge fund accounting teams responsible for NAV calculations, performance reporting, expense allocations, financial statements, regulatory implementation, and client deliverables. Manages resources, staff development, auditor and client relationships, escalated accounting issues, and operational priorities. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of total experience, and preferably management and Big Four accounting experience.

Develop and support scalable software for BNY’s Enterprise Onboarding platform. Responsibilities include full-stack application development, Java and Spring Boot services, microservices, APIs, databases, CI/CD, containerization, testing, production support, observability, and incident response. The role also contributes to AI-enabled capabilities using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows while collaborating in Agile teams.

Performs complex fund and client accounting, including NAV calculations, performance reporting, expense allocations, reconciliations, and client reporting. Reviews junior staff work, resolves atypical transactions, supports service improvements and process efficiencies, and evaluates GAAP and IFRS impacts on accounting practices. Provides guidance to less experienced team members and interacts regularly with clients to resolve reporting and accounting issues.

Develops expertise in corporate treasury, bank liquidity, balance sheets, and regulatory reporting. Responsibilities include preparing FR 2052a, LCR, and NSFR reports; analyzing liquidity trends; improving data controls; testing reporting enhancements; supporting regulatory inquiries; and collaborating with Treasury, Risk, Finance, Technology, and business teams.
