Responsibilities include Java and Spring Boot development, microservices, REST APIs, databases, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, testing, observability, production support, and Agile collaboration. The role also contributes to AI-enabled capabilities using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model APIs, and agentic workflows while translating business needs into technical solutions.

Leads product and service design for a complex enterprise custody platform. Responsibilities include developing persona frameworks, mapping operational workflows, conducting user research, establishing platform-wide experience standards, designing human-AI interactions, mentoring three designers, influencing product and engineering decisions, and communicating design strategy to executive leadership.
