Oversees 24x7 incident escalation, root cause analysis, post-incident remediation, platform launches and retirements, regulatory controls, and a team supporting telephony, IVR, workforce management, speech analytics, voice biometrics, and virtual assistants. Manages SaaS, hosted, and on-premise vendors, including SLA negotiations, support coverage, risk assessments, and concentration-risk monitoring, while coordinating with engineering, internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
