Manages SaaS, hosted, and on-premise vendors, including SLA negotiations, support coverage, risk assessments, and concentration-risk monitoring, while coordinating with engineering, internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Own and evolve an enterprise CRM platform by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, managing product backlogs, prioritizing releases, and supporting Agile delivery. Provides technical accounting research, advisory services, and recommendations on complex financial services transactions, valuations, consolidations, impairments, hedge accounting, and revenue recognition. Reviews accounting judgments in quarterly and annual reports, works with external auditors, monitors SEC, FASB, and IASB standards, assesses their impact, and guides leadership and less experienced team members.
