The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, analyze metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to support the Consumer Banking division.

Manage and grow a portfolio of small business banking clients by building relationships, cross-selling bank products, opening and funding accounts, handling service inquiries, ensuring compliance (BSA/AML), and meeting assigned sales and deposit goals while collaborating with the Small Business Team.

Support planning, trafficking, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns; coordinate timelines and assets; assist audience strategy and A/B testing; analyze campaign performance and maintain reporting dashboards; manage marketing operations tasks including invoices, documentation, and asset archiving; ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards while working cross-functionally with digital, creative, demand generation, and analytics teams.

Lead and coach a Salesforce development team to design, build, integrate, and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities). Own technical architecture, code reviews, integrations, data quality, and Agile delivery while ensuring adherence to best practices and platform security.

Support credit risk management for a commercial loan portfolio: monitor payments, maturities, covenants, and documentation; track and escalate breaches; assist loan reviews and amendments; maintain loan data in nCino; support reporting, stress testing, and audit requests; recommend risk ratings and improve processes.
