Contacts delinquent customers to determine payment issues, secure payment commitments, document account histories, and escalate complex cases. Develops talent pipelines using ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms; improves recruiting workflows through automation; supports employer branding and compliance; and mentors junior recruiters. The role is onsite at the company headquarters in San Diego, California.

Provides legal and operational support to the Office of the General Counsel, including subpoena and legal order processing, contract and NDA review, regulatory research, legal inquiries, legal holds, records management, and process improvement. Partners with lending, operations, internal audit, and AI governance stakeholders to ensure workflows meet regulatory, model risk, audit, and performance standards.

Coordinates customer data conversions from legacy platforms to NexLedgr and related systems. Responsibilities include managing conversion timelines, analyzing and validating migration data, executing test conversions, documenting exceptions, gathering customer requirements, supporting implementation and training, and completing pre- and post-conversion quality checks.

Builds production-grade internal tools, dashboards, automations, AI workflows, APIs, and C#/.NET integration layers for banking operations. Partners directly with business stakeholders to identify workflow improvements, designs Microsoft SQL Server schemas, integrates LLMs, and owns solutions from prototype through deployment and maintenance.
