Executive leader with full P&L ownership for Auto, Marine, and Unsecured lending. Responsible for growth, credit quality, profitability, dealer and retail partnerships, national field sales, digital origination performance, product and technology partnerships, underwriting standards, and cross-functional collaboration while reporting to executive leadership.

Performs deposit operations and electronic banking tasks including complex account maintenance (vesting changes), researching and resolving Service Cloud cases, fraud detection and reporting, and daily processing such as wires, stop payments, exception handling, and mobile deposit review.

Lead a team to design, build, and operate Axos Bank Core Services (.NET backends and OutSystems where applicable). Own delivery, production stability, incident response, architecture modernization, release governance, and stakeholder communication while driving hiring and talent development.
