As a Senior Analyst, you will lead investment performance reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance, maintaining performance tools, and collaborating with various business units to enhance reporting capabilities.

Lead strategy and lifecycle management for checking, savings, and CD products. Own roadmap, pricing, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting. Support healthcare hedge fund portfolio managers by monitoring cash and holdings, entering equity trade orders, producing daily/monthly/quarterly reports, ensuring compliance with client guidelines, liaising with Compliance/Operations/Technology, troubleshooting operational/tech issues, aiding platform implementations, providing ad hoc analytics and transaction details, supporting due diligence, and creating/maintaining team processes.

Lead development, delivery, and support of advisory products for wealth management. Serve as SME for advisor/client experience, drive product launches, support projects, optimize platform investments, track industry trends, and collaborate across the organization to grow assets, revenue, and advisor adoption.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-organizational field programs to drive growth. Translate strategy into operational plans, manage scope/risk, synchronize field tools, monitor adoption, and lead a direct-report team to sustain program execution and measurable results.
