Provide production monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, certificate and encryption management, partner onboarding, disaster recovery, resiliency testing, patching, and capacity management. Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams. Maintain operational documentation, participate in on-call support, and drive automation, self-service, platform reliability, and continuous improvement.

Supports business and operational data analysis by identifying trends, improving dashboards and reports, exploring AI and automation opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations. Collaborates with analytics, insurance, operations, and project teams, communicates insights to technical and nontechnical audiences, and presents project learnings at the end of the internship.

Supports marketing and sales strategy projects for financial products and advisory solutions. Responsibilities include simplifying complex information into audience-friendly messaging, conducting research, organizing insights, creating talking points and training materials, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams, and presenting recommendations. The intern must be an undergraduate graduating in December 2027 or May/June 2028, with strong communication, organization, collaboration, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities include researching trends and best practices, exploring AI applications, developing marketing materials and presentations, gathering stakeholder insights, improving team effectiveness, collaborating on projects, and presenting internship outcomes.

Evaluates governance and control effectiveness, identifies deficiencies, assesses exposure, recommends corrective actions, and monitors management action plans. Leads audit projects, manages scope and deliverables, coordinates with control groups, performs risk assessments, communicates results to management, and mentors peers while improving audit processes and methodologies.

Leads research, selection, and ongoing due diligence for liquid alternative investment managers across mutual funds, SMAs, and ETFs. Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis, evaluates performance and risk, maintains manager coverage, prepares research reports and scorecards, and delivers recommendations to investment committees and senior stakeholders. Builds relationships with external asset managers, supports advisor education and product initiatives, and serves as the organization’s liquid alternatives subject matter expert.
