Provides administrative and office support to investment teams, including scheduling, presentations, communications, travel arrangements, expense reports, invoices, conference rooms, events, guest reception, filing, and special projects. The role requires prioritizing support for multiple stakeholders, handling sensitive information discreetly, coordinating with global colleagues, and working effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Provides senior administrative support to the Seligman Investments team by managing calendars, meetings, expenses, invoices, presentations, travel, communications, office tasks, client reception, departmental programs, budgets, supplies, offsites, and events. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong communication, independent judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is fully in-office in Menlo Park, Monday through Friday, with working hours from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT.
