Promote RiverSource annuity and life insurance products to Ameriprise advisors through inbound and selective outbound calls. Assess advisor and client needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, prepare illustrations and proposals, support sales opportunities, and collaborate with wholesaling teams. The role requires obtaining and maintaining securities and insurance licenses, building advisor relationships, and supporting business development initiatives.

Leads global Human Resources risk and compliance strategy across multiple regions. Oversees operational risk management, controls, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, reporting, governance, training, and remediation. Advises senior HR and enterprise leaders on emerging risks and regulatory obligations, including employment law, data privacy, FCA requirements, SMCR, SOX, and GDPR. Builds partnerships across risk, compliance, legal, audit, and business functions while leading and developing a global HR Risk and Compliance team.

Manage and execute global compensation operations including merit and incentive cycles, data validation, reconciliations, reporting, UAT/testing, SOPs, audit/SOX support, stakeholder partnership, and process improvements to ensure accurate, controlled compensation administration.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel and events, preparing expense reports and presentations, handling communications, supporting department operations and special projects, mentoring administrative staff, and providing backup support.

Performs annuity actuarial risk modeling, reporting, analysis, testing, validation, documentation, and model governance. Supports quarterly and ad hoc management reporting, evaluates model changes using market sensitivities and Statutory and GAAP accounting, develops expertise in FIS Prophet, and contributes to process automation. The role also provides guidance to actuarial interns and requires ongoing actuarial credential development.

Leads end-to-end strategic HR initiatives, including HR technology implementations, process improvements, organizational changes, and employee experience programs. Manages project plans, workstreams, dependencies, risks, budgets, stakeholders, vendors, communications, testing, deployment, change readiness, and post-implementation support. Partners with HR leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule, achieve business outcomes, and improve HR project delivery practices.
