Design and document secure enterprise network architectures and perform physical/logical site surveys. Serve as the System ISSO for DoW Strategic Systems Programs: implement RMF controls, develop and maintain security authorization packages and system security plans, apply STIGs and vulnerability scanning, respond to IAVAs/IAVBs, lead incident response, support engineering reviews and program office cybersecurity deliverables, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, and travel regularly ( ~40%). Must obtain and maintain required clearances.

Lead formation and execution of a multidisciplinary engineering organization for full-scale launch test sites. Oversee design, fabrication, installation, activation, test planning, controls and data acquisition, rapid prototyping, schedule and risk management, technical documentation review, and cross-functional coordination while mentoring engineering teams.
