Builds executive relationships, translates customer business challenges into solutions, manages global stakeholders, forecasts account activity, and oversees complex sales cycles lasting 12–24 months or longer.

Design physical hardware products and systems, including existing-product enhancements, new product concepts, and design language initiatives. Create sketches, storyboards, prototypes, digital models, and design specifications. Conduct user research, validate solutions, and collaborate with engineering, human factors, marketing, and external development partners. Communicate design proposals and specifications to stakeholders while supporting multiple cross-disciplinary programs.

Designs and tests electrical and electronic hardware components, subsystems, circuitry, and algorithms. Performs validation involving tolerances, form, fit, function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power. Collaborates with internal and outsourced development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective hardware solutions for low- to moderately complex products.

Leads a team validating HPE telco server and edge infrastructure, including BIOS, PTP, NIC, performance, stress, thermal, power, and NEBS testing. Manages headcount, projects, schedules, budgets, suppliers, outsourced partners, process improvements, and escalations. Oversees hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development while ensuring deliverables align with organizational roadmaps.

Leads U.S. Federal Civilian networking sales strategy and execution, driving revenue, pipeline, market share, new-logo acquisition, and complex enterprise pursuits. Builds executive relationships with civilian agencies, resellers, integrators, and alliance partners; manages forecasting, pricing, deal reviews, and operating cadence. Leads, coaches, hires, and develops sales leaders and sellers while overseeing performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
