Leads HPE’s global Sales decision sciences organization of approximately 100 professionals across business intelligence, reporting, data architecture, advanced analytics, and AI. The role establishes sales measurement frameworks, executive reporting, predictive and prescriptive decision support, reporting automation, data governance, and a trusted Sales Data Lake. It partners with IT, data governance, finance, marketing, and sales leadership to improve forecasting, seller productivity, business performance, and management decision-making while building a globally integrated analytics organization.

Develops technical content strategies and creates written, visual, web, and online product documentation for diverse audiences. Establishes documentation standards, templates, scripts, style sheets, and graphic libraries; tests information deliverables and provides usability feedback to product teams. Collaborates with marketing, engineering, testing, support, manufacturing, and training teams. Leads strategic software and hardware quality improvement programs across HPE Networking. Responsibilities include defining quality roadmaps, establishing governance and executive reviews, driving quality metrics and accountability, improving product reliability and release quality, communicating risks and progress, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing costs, and mentoring program managers.

Manage customer onboarding, order validation, compliance and credit checks, shipment coordination, payment processing, returns, invoicing, credits, tax records, and post-sale support. The role communicates order status with customers and internal Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Production, and Finance teams, resolves escalations and exceptions, and maintains accurate order documentation using Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Excel.
