Serve as single account lead for large named US telco customers, driving value-based and complex solution sales. Build account plans, manage pipeline and quotas, coordinate partners and presales, negotiate and close large deals, and maintain executive-level customer relationships to grow revenue and margin.

Manage end-to-end order processing for federal partners: receive and revise POs, submit and track orders, reconcile errors, handle RMAs, and coordinate shipments. Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware, networks, and high-availability systems; manage customer relations, escalate issues, and participate in account support meetings to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Conduct original ML research (LLMs, RL, multi-agent systems, diffusion/inverse models, trustworthy AI), publish and patent, build production-ready prototypes with GPU/HPC acceleration, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior researchers to translate research into deployable solutions for data center optimization, energy, and scientific computing.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Private Cloud Orchestrator control plane and shared services. Define orchestration capabilities, align cross-functionally with engineering and GTM, set standards and metrics, use AI tools to accelerate decisions, and deliver executive-ready materials to drive operational and financial outcomes.

This role involves developing strategies for electrical hardware design, consulting on new product development, mentoring junior staff, and leading innovative projects in HPC and AI systems.

Develop and enhance networking systems software (including Junos/Junos Evolved) for Campus & Branch products. Design, code, test, and integrate software for operating systems, networking protocols, and forwarding ASICs; debug issues; collaborate with product, architects, and stakeholders to deliver reliable networking solutions.

Lead design and development of cloud solutions, provide technical leadership and mentorship, evaluate new technologies, ensure compliance with standards, and solve complex application and systems problems to deliver high-quality, secure cloud services.

Lead design and implementation of sales operations processes and tools for forecasting, pricing, order management, invoicing, and analytics. Consult senior leaders, develop forecasts and budgets, manage partner relationships, drive quality and technology integration, and mentor junior staff.
