Design, develop, bring up, debug, validate, and release high-performance computing printed circuit board assemblies. Collaborate with power, mechanical, thermal, signal integrity, firmware, and vendor teams; conduct design reviews; create specifications, test plans, and manufacturing documentation; track and resolve issues; and support designs through production ramp-up.

Oversees staffing, project deliverables, schedules, budgets, costs, supplier relationships, process improvements, and strategic program execution. Partners with program management, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives. Manages hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development across a large engineering organization.

Lead named enterprise accounts in an assigned territory as the single point of contact. Drive growth, new logos, and complex solution sales across HPE Networking through consultative selling, channel partnerships, and disciplined account planning. Own pipeline and quota with MEDDPICC rigor, coordinate internal specialists, and build executive-level relationships to secure renewals and expansions.

Provide onsite technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues across compute, network, and storage environments. Deliver customer-focused support, use Salesforce for case management, participate in on-call rotation, mentor junior staff, and contribute to knowledge sharing and project delivery to meet service and chargeability goals.

Leads operations and digital transformation strategy, automation and AI implementation, PLM process improvement, governance, and operational metrics. Oversees cross-functional teams, manages direct reports, communicates roadmaps to executives, and coordinates headcount, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple programs. Drives Lean continuous improvement, enterprise-system integration, technology adoption, and organizational capability development.

Leads technical architecture and solution design for complex cloud, AI, data center, hyperscale, and WAN networking sales opportunities. Translates customer requirements into scalable solutions, leads demos and proof-of-concepts, prepares RFP responses, and engages senior stakeholders. The role develops architecture playbooks, mentors sales engineering teams, influences deal strategy, and partners with customers, hyperscalers, service providers, and technology partners globally. Travel of up to 50%, including international travel, is required.

Manage and grow SMB accounts via inside sales: qualify and close leads, hit quota, prospect for new opportunities, upsell and sell multi-product solutions, manage pipeline and forecasts, coordinate internal/external resources, and apply consultative selling to build relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
