Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and release-readiness across hardware, firmware, software, networking, storage, and vendor teams while communicating status to stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

Lead cloud security initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP by partnering with SRE, architecture, and app teams. Implement secure-by-design controls, monitor and improve cloud posture, support compliance, threat detection, incident response and forensics, mentor junior engineers, and integrate new security technologies into networking cloud environments.

Lead block- or subsystem-level ASIC/SoC verification: create test plans, build and maintain UVM/SystemVerilog verification environments, perform constraint-driven random testing, close coverage and assertions, analyze simulations with industry tools, debug complex SoC designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality networking silicon.

Lead a firmware engineering team to design, develop, debug, and deliver firmware for HPE server platforms. Provide technical leadership across architecture, system bring-up, integration, validation, and root-cause analysis. Manage people, drive execution across multiple programs, mitigate risks, and coordinate with hardware, silicon vendors, manufacturing, OS, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads complex Federal customer escalations involving Juniper enterprise and data center switching platforms. Troubleshoots Severity 1 incidents, analyzes packets, logs, protocols, and diagnostics, performs root cause analysis, reproduces issues in labs, validates fixes with Engineering, develops mitigations, and advises executive stakeholders. The role also mentors engineers and creates scalable troubleshooting documentation and support processes for secure production environments.
