Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for HPE private cloud products. Lead server provisioning and lifecycle integrations using BMC/Redfish, build orchestration services for compute and networking devices, and optimize L2/L3 networking functionality. Define governed, reusable, high-quality, AI-ready data products; manage backlogs, standards, metadata, lineage, access, and data quality. Partner with business, IT, engineering, analytics, governance, and AI teams to translate needs into outcomes. Drive adoption, responsible AI, regulatory compliance, KPIs, value realization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while leading people and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep enterprise networking expertise, consultative selling, customer-facing communication, and travel throughout Nebraska, including approximately 30% travel and regular on-site meetings.

Lead cross-functional hardware and software new product introduction programs for wireless access points from concept through production and sustaining. Manage multiple concurrent programs, coordinating engineering, testing, manufacturing, documentation, and customer service teams. Own scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, escalations, and executive communications.
