Analyzes banking adjustment, reconciliation, and processing workflows; identifies control and production issues; recommends process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements. Serves as a subject matter expert during application implementations, testing, conversions, and issue resolution. Performs credit underwriting, financial and cash-flow analysis, portfolio monitoring, covenant updates, probability-of-default modeling, deal profitability assessment, client presentations, prospect qualification, and opportunity memo preparation. Partners with Portfolio and Relationship Managers, attends formal training, completes eLearning, and develops commercial banking expertise for a permanent sales or credit role.
