Develops and manages commercial banking relationships with companies generating at least $10 million in annual sales. Responsibilities include prospecting, portfolio monitoring, business planning, customer relationship management, financial statement and credit analysis, tailored banking solution development, internal partnership, and risk management. The role requires community engagement, consultative selling, CRM usage, and collaboration with credit, treasury management, capital markets, and wealth management teams.

Drive new Middle Market commercial client acquisition and revenue growth through prospecting, networking, referral development, pipeline management, and relationship building. Partner with relationship managers, product specialists, credit teams, and wealth partners to structure financial solutions. Coordinate onboarding, monitor market trends, meet production goals for loans, deposits, and fees, and maintain accurate forecasting while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

Supports Mortgage Loan Originators with customer communications, appointment coordination, loan document preparation, file organization, marketing support, and liaison activities with sales support and external partners. Builds relationships with Realtors, builders, appraisers, and title companies, provides loan status and rate information, and cross-sells additional banking products. Ensures compliance with residential lending policies, federal regulations, and risk management procedures. Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS.

Processes and interprets subpoenas from attorneys, law enforcement, and government agencies; determines scope, jurisdiction, deadlines, and legal requirements. Coordinates document retrieval, legal counsel, court appearances, invoicing, and communications while protecting confidential bank information and complying with federal and state regulations. Manages subpoena workflows, escalates risks, maintains legal database records, and ensures accurate, timely responses.

Manages a complex commercial real estate credit portfolio through financial analysis, underwriting, risk assessment, monitoring, renewals, and credit decision recommendations. Partners with relationship managers and credit risk teams on deal structuring, pricing, due diligence, documentation, and risk mitigation. Ensures policy and regulatory compliance, identifies emerging credit issues, prepares portfolio reports for senior management, and coaches junior staff.

The role assists in financial analysis and business improvements for capital adequacy processes, including CCAR and stress testing. It includes data collection, report preparation, partnering with teams, and enhancing capital planning processes.

Administers complex institutional custody accounts and serves as the primary client contact. Verifies daily processing, monitors cash flows, foreign exchange, income repatriation, overdrafts, failed trades, tax documentation, and account maintenance. Resolves client and operational issues, supports compliance, improves processes, assists with projects, mentors team members, and coordinates with relationship managers, securities lending agents, investment advisors, and back-office operations.

Supports Portfolio Managers with commercial credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, financial and risk analysis, covenant compliance, risk-rating scorecards, probability of default modeling, and credit documentation. Prepares CAMs, renewals, ALSR reports, portfolio reviews, and risk projections with limited oversight. Identifies risks, recommends portfolio actions, resolves deficiencies, and escalates issues. May assist with employee training and special projects.
