Serve as trusted advisor coordinating specialists to deliver wealth planning, investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services. Build and manage client relationships and pipelines, execute financial plans, ensure service standards, onboard clients, manage profitability, and comply with regulatory and risk controls.

Investigates financial crime and fraud alerts, analyzes suspicious activity, escalates risks, prepares reports, and supports compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and related regulations. Collaborates with business units, monitors regulatory risks, communicates findings, and ensures accurate, timely case resolution. The role has no supervisory responsibilities and requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Reviews and decisions fraud detection alerts, opens and prepares cases, communicates with customers and bank personnel, processes fraud disputes, escalates suspicious activity, and supports fraud risk reduction. The role requires analytical judgment, regulatory awareness, customer service, documentation, collaboration, and adherence to banking policies and procedures.

Manages relationships with national and regional institutional clients, serving as the primary contact for satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, cross-sales, and product expansion. Develops C-suite relationships, facilitates client reviews and implementations, coordinates compliance and documentation, monitors pricing and billing, and collaborates with internal teams to improve service and profitability. Supports new business development through prospect meetings and sales presentations while representing the bank in professional and community organizations.

Manages institutional banking clients as the primary relationship contact, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, cross-selling, and product adoption. Builds consultative relationships with senior decision-makers, analyzes industry and client trends, supports sales development, coordinates implementations, oversees documentation and billing, and partners with service teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Represents the bank in professional and community organizations and may travel occasionally for client meetings.

Manages and grows a portfolio of middle-market commercial banking clients, prospects for new relationships, and develops tailored lending, treasury, capital markets, and wealth management solutions. Analyzes financial statements and credit requests, coordinates internal banking partners, manages portfolio risk and quality, tracks sales activity in CRM, and achieves revenue, asset quality, and relationship goals through consultative selling and community networking.

Provides complex customer support for commercial, treasury management, and business banking products. Owns service requests and escalations from intake through resolution, researches technical issues, manages CRM queues, documents findings, communicates with clients and internal teams, and identifies complaint trends. Uses mainframe systems, software applications, CRM, and Remedy to resolve hardware, software, communication, and process issues while following banking risk and compliance procedures.

Supports Treasury Management Officers with complex sales opportunities, client presentations, proposals, pricing, profitability modeling, portfolio analysis, RFPs, relationship reviews, and solution development. Identifies revenue and cross-sell opportunities, supports implementations and escalated client issues, contributes to value propositions, and assists with training. The role requires independent decision-making, advanced Treasury Management expertise, client interaction, and approximately 10%–30% travel.

Oversee complex accounting records, reconciliations, journal entries, account monitoring, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. Resolve account outages, ensure GAAP compliance, support accounting projects, and identify process improvements through automation and system integration. Provide training and guidance to staff, maintain accounting policies, and communicate with finance teams, managers, and senior leaders while managing risk and controls.

Processes and investigates subpoenas served on the bank by attorneys, law enforcement, and government agencies. Reviews legal scope, jurisdiction, deadlines, and risks; coordinates records collection and legal counsel; ensures compliance with federal and state regulations; communicates with requestors; manages confidential documentation, invoices, databases, and court appearance requests.
