Processes and underwrites residential mortgage loans across conventional, government, portfolio, and complex programs. Reviews documentation, calculates income, analyzes assets and liabilities, validates automated underwriting decisions, clears conditions, maintains accurate loan data, and manages pipelines through closing. Drive new Middle Market commercial client acquisition and revenue growth through prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, and consultative financial solution selling. Build referral networks, collaborate with relationship managers and product specialists, coordinate onboarding, monitor market opportunities, and meet production goals for relationships, loans, deposits, and fee revenue while maintaining compliance and risk standards.

Underwrite leveraged finance transactions supporting acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancings. Responsibilities include company and industry due diligence, financial modeling, credit analysis, underwriting memoranda, transaction management, risk assessment, legal-document review, and collaboration with sponsors, capital markets, credit risk, and industry teams. The role also provides oversight and development for junior analysts while managing multiple transactions under tight deadlines.

Leads a consumer recovery department responsible for customer service, collections operations, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, risk management, vendor oversight, issue remediation, and escalated customer concerns.
