Supports IRA and CD operations by reconciling accounts, researching and clearing entries, validating IRS documentation, processing complex distributions, handling compliance exceptions, and completing tax reporting corrections. Provides operational support and customer service, collaborates with legal, tax, business, and IT teams, identifies process improvements, writes requirements, and participates in testing and projects. Manages risk while maintaining knowledge of IRA/CD products, IRS regulations, and banking systems.

The role involves developing profitable banking relationships, managing a large portfolio, ensuring credit excellence, and enhancing client experiences through collaboration with internal partners.

Manages residential mortgage foreclosure cases, ensuring compliance with investor, state, and federal timelines. Coordinates with outside counsel, reviews legal documents and invoices, calculates judgments and sale bids, analyzes property valuations and collateral releases, prepares sheriff sale instructions, and oversees transitions to bankruptcy and REO processes. The role also monitors risks, escalates exposed cases, maintains clear title, supports vacant-property preservation, and mentors new staff.

Participates in a structured commercial credit training program while supporting underwriting and portfolio management. Analyzes financial statements, cash flow, industries, collateral, guarantors, loan structures, and credit risk. Builds financial models and projections, drafts deal materials, monitors covenant compliance, runs credit risk models, evaluates borrower performance, and prepares presentations. Collaborates with portfolio managers, underwriters, and commercial banking teams while completing training and special projects.

Architect and implement production AI/ML solutions (including generative and agentic systems), perform advanced analytics and experiments, define model evaluation and lifecycle standards, integrate solutions with engineering teams, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while mentoring peers.

Support front-office sales and trading for FX, commodities, and interest rate derivatives: execute client orders, build pitch books and market analyses, maintain pipeline reporting, enhance e-trading and client experience, and drive process improvements using analytics and emerging technologies.

Support corporate banking deal teams by building and analyzing complex financial models, preparing client presentations, performing credit and corporate finance analysis, and coordinating with Credit, Capital Markets, and senior bankers. Manage multiple priorities, conduct market research and due diligence, and assist in assessing capital markets and securities solutions for clients.

Completes Equipment Finance training and develops knowledge of originations, syndications, market strategy, risk appetite, pricing, and procedures. Supports relationship managers and syndications teams with opportunity memos, deal screens, credit submissions, applications, offering memorandums, underwriting, credit analysis, and due diligence. Handles portfolio inquiries, monitors market and competitor conditions, supports customer relationships, participates in pipeline and approval meetings, and communicates material developments to internal stakeholders.
