Provides real-time technical support for Esri customers through email, chat, and phone. Analyzes complex ArcGIS issues, develops solutions, documents cases in a CRM system, stays current on Esri products, collaborates with peers, and mentors team members. The role applies ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise expertise to regulated-industry contexts and requires customer communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker build environments, infrastructure automation, package creation workflows, and scalable build infrastructure. Implement security gates including SBOM generation, vulnerability scanning, license compliance, and artifact signing. Improve monitoring, performance testing, dependency supply-chain security, and everything-as-code processes across cloud and on-premises environments.

Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, geoprocessing tools, integration services, and data pipelines supporting ArcGIS Enterprise and mission-critical geospatial applications. Build automation workflows and connectors, support cloud-native and on-premises deployments, and improve distributed-service reliability through testing, monitoring, and observability. Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and GIS teams to deliver secure, high-performance production solutions.

Develop and advance ArcGIS imagery and remote sensing capabilities across satellite, aerial, and UAS data workflows. Collaborate with software developers and product leads on product updates, roadmaps, scalable deployments, user guidance, demonstrations, and technical education. Research and prototype AI-enabled image analysis, raster analytics, foundation models, and geospatial workflows while serving as a subject matter expert across products.

Mentor technical staff, lead implementation activities, manage risks and budgets, and develop multi-year IT/GIS strategies.
